Prepare to Get Qualified for a Mortgage Loan

To prepare for a new mortgage application, it’s best to have the following documents handy, as they will be needed during the underwriting process.

  • Current Bank Statement
  • Last Two Pay Stubs
  • W2 Form
  • Drivers License
  • Tax Returns
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • Last Month’s Mortgage Statement (If applicable)
  • Home Owners Insurance Contact (If applicable)
